Leadership Communication

 

         Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is someone who I think of when talking about a leader. She makes everyone feel valued, is an activist for Black Lives Matter, LGBTQ, Women's rights, and fights for Mexicans living in the United States. She is not just focusing on a good workplace environment she is fighting to create a healthy environment in all of the United States. She is a great example of a powerful woman who is determined to conquer any challenges, and that is exactly what a great leader does. Leadership communication is getting things done and motivating and pushing others throughout the process.  She pushes many young women to fight for what they believe in also, she does not shy away from sharing her opinion for the United States to eventually incorporate her ideas. She values what the people of the United States have to say and she is the powerful voice that fights for their voices to be heard.  She demonstrates great leadership communication for not just equal rights in the workplace but for equal rights in all of the United States. She sets smaller goals to eventually reach her end goal of equality.
